About Brian Devorkin
Brian grew up in Milwaukee, WI before attending the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree. He obtained his B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology in 2022. Soon after he spent a year working under the renowned aging scientist David Sinclair. During this year he continued to explore his interest in longevity and health optimization as he geared up for medical school. Currently, he is located in Cleveland, OH on track as an aspiring physician at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
His passions include nutrition guidance for optimal health, science-backed exercise protocols, interpretation of elaborate biomarkers (blood, stool, urine, saliva, etc), managing sleep hygiene, and controlling stress. Additionally, after nearly a year of intensive emotional intelligence and leadership work, he also is passionate about helping others heal, not just physically, but also emotionally.
During his gap year, he accrued a great deal of knowledge on health hacks to help individuals live a life of vitality. Entering medical school, he soon realized that the content he learned was largely unknown even amongst a medical crowd. Therefore, he decided to start this page to begin sharing the information less commonly understood, yet more critically relevant for human health.
